- Developed and maintained CAN databases with Vector CANalyzer to record and post-process vehicle data. Create automated ways to showcase meaningful insights into vehicle performance.
- Performed system integration tests for vehicle communication controllers understanding controller's electronics and their relationship to software.
- Led the development and integration of Battery Thermal Management System, and Fire Suppression System exceeding customer requirements, SAE, and APTA standards to deliver quality, safe, and reliable electric buses.
- Tested, validated, and debugged battery management system, body control system, I/O control system, and other EV systems via CAN bus analysis and CAN network optimization.

- Designed and Simulated a three-phase permanent magnet, Emrax 228 electric motor, using SolidWorks Electrical and LTspice, to consolidate the final design for the FSAE EV team.
- Performed Failure Mode Effects Analysis (FMEA) to proactively detect and resolve probable errors. Also prepared FMEA and Electrical System Form (ESF) complying with IEEE, NEC, and FSAE codes and rules.
- Prepared detailed reports on cost, scheduling, and performance of the project. Presented the scope, effect, and the necessity of the project to sponsors during many fundraising events.
